Welcome to my beginners over 60s home workout. This over 60s workout is very simple to follow there is no equipment needed evey exercise is low impact and there are demos given.

This over 60s home workout is designed to get you moving it is NOT intense.

How this over 60s workout works. You have 7 standing exercises that you perform 20 seconds on each exercise with 10 seconds rest there are 4 rounds to do. This over 60s workout will take 15 minutes to do.

3, Punch Up Punch Down
4, Heel Flick Bicep Curls
5, Heel Taps Forwards Heel Taps Sides
