This at home abs workout is going to give your abs an intense burn! It is going to target your upper abs, lower abs, obliques and core to get you that sixpack stomach. If you want those nice ab lines then this workout is perfect for you ? 15 min is all you need. It is perfect as a finisher or if you just want a quick abs workout.

The structure for this workout:
– 7 exercises (45s ON, 15s OFF)
– x2 SETS
– 45s rest between sets
