conditioning circuits are one of the best ways to get in shape for boxing. We develop speed-stamina throughout the entire body. In this video we do the actual circuit that I used to perform to get ready for a boxing competition. Each section is 15 seconds where you are intended to go hard and fast. We will do 5 sets and take a one minute break between sets. The exercises in this video are as follows:

Bicycle kicks
Push-ups
Mountain Climbers
Punch hops
Burpees
Shoeshine
