Were the other workouts too difficult?? Workout for Beginners is a great workout if you are just getting started out. This is an excellent full body routine that works all the major muscle groups. It is important to prioritize your health with regular exercise and that is why I continue to do these workouts. Hopefully this one can appeal to people who were previously hesitant to try my other workouts. Try this workout out and make it part of your routine!! You can do this 3x a week, but start slow and listen to your body. If any exercise is too hard, rest or try and modify it and make it work for you. I hope you enjoy this one!!
