▸ Muscles Worked: Upper Body, Arms & Abs, Shoulders
▸ Time: 30 Min
▸ Equipment: Dumbbells / Weights

▸ Anna’s Dumbbells: 2 x 5 kg

▸ Instructions: Follow along and complete as many reps as possible 🙂
Warm Up Intervals: 30 seconds per exercise
Workout Intervals: 45 seconds on, 15 seconds off
TABATA: 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off

▸ The Workout:
1. Warm Up 0:00 – 05:15
2. Workout 05:15 – 25:15
3. Workout Finisher 25:15 – 33:45
