Quick Fitness Workout
No gym? No worries. I am BHANGRAlicious and I have created this High Energy BHANGRA Dance Fitness Workout which you can follow along and do at home. I have used the MIA Twinbeatz Bhangra Mashup for this fat burning BhangraFit Cardio routine, which will get your heart racing within minutes. This is a quick and fun workout that will target your full body, but you will definitely feel the burn in your arms, shoulders, quads, and glutes.

If this BhangraFit workout feels too easy, just repeat the workout 3-4 times with 60 second breaks between each set. I hope you enjoy dancing and doing a great workout with me. Let’s stay home and stay safe. And let’s keep dancing!
