2:29 -Kris tells us how hrithik used to sleep for only 6 hours a day and how he had 8 or 9 meals a day which included a lot to proteins meal and how he had a cardiovascular session every evening which would involve running on the beach, swimming and a lot of body weight exercises.

5:10-kris talks about Htrithik 6 packs abs workout where they traded abs just like any other muscle how they did the abs workout two times a week which included planks, leg raises, setup & crunches. Hrithik even did around 300 twist on daily basis to burn all the fat around his waist.
6:39-kris tells about the arms workout which included DTP(Dramatic Transformation principle) so they would choose exercise like shoulder press which would include 40 to 50 reps with absolute failure and how they would increase the weight but reduce the repetition in each set and make sure they would hit every type of muscle fibre in the body.
