In this video, I’m going to share with you all a 30 day workout that will consist of two videos each day! Your entire body will be hit with chest workouts, shoulder, back, arms, biceps, triceps, legs, glutes, calves, hamstrings, quads, etc! Also plenty HIIT cardio!

THIS FOLLOW ALONG 45 DAY WORKOUT WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING EXERCISES: Warm-ups to start this workout routines and cool downs to end them. There will also be high knees, jumping jacks, burpees, mountain climbers, planks, plank skiers, push ups, leg lifts, pike presses, glute bridges, calf raises, arm circles, crunches, supermans, back exercise, the list goes on and on!
