We’ve officially hit 200 (!) Instagram Live workouts on @POPSUGARFitness, but don’t worry — we have zero intention of slowing down. We have three new routines going live this week to get you moving, including a special donation-based workout to benefit PushBlack, a nonprofit media organization for Black Americans, led by one of our favorite trainers, Kehinde Anjorin.
