Super quick and easy upper body warm up I always do before I train Β πŸ’ͺ🏼

All you need is a resistance band πŸ“Ώ

I do around 10-20 reps for each exercise and make sure to still acclimate properly when you’re training!

Exercises:
– Dislocations
– Banded pull apart (overhand)
– Banded pull apart (underhand)
– Banded rotator cuff rotations (external)
– Banded rotator cuff rotations (internal)
– Banded rotator cuff rotations (90 degrees external)
