60 brand new full length workout videos
Heavy focus on strength training using progressive overload techniques
Weekly pilates sessions plus short and effective cardio sprints
5 videos released each week (2 full days of active rest recommended)
Workouts are on average 40min in length including a thorough warm up and cool down
Equipment used: Light, medium and heavy dumbbells, mini resistance band, yoga block, exercise mat and optional ankle weights
Low impact/no jumping modifications shown throughout
New videos released one day prior at 5am PST (ex: day 1 will be available Jan 5th at 5am PST so you have plenty of time to prepare before beginning on Monday Jan 6th!)
