Day TWENTY FOUR!!

INTRO:
PULSE -6 Week Fitness Program at HOME | INTRO + CALENDAR -DUMBBELLS | Aryana Active

Todayโ€™s UPPER BODY workout consist of 2 blocks, 5 exercises per block and we will complete each block, x3 through! The timer is set for 40 seconds work, 20 seconds rest. Between the blocks we will have a 60 seconds water break. Ending this workout with a 100 REP CORE FINISHER! Weโ€™ll start with a 3 minute warmup & end with a nice long cool down!

All you will need for this workout is a set of dumbbells, a bench or chair, & a mat or soft surface! For your reference, Iโ€™m using a set of 15 & 25lbs dumbbells.

BLOCK 1: Chest
1. Push up
2. Single arm rotated chest press L
3. Single arm rotated chest press R
4. Chest flies
5. Diamond press

BLOCK 2: Back
1. Bent over row
2. Single arm bench row, leg extension R
3. Single arm bench row, leg extension L
4. Hover lat pullover, hip bridge
5. Alt. lat pulls

CORE FINISHER:
100 reps total.. 2 exercises, 50 reps each!

1. Lat pullover leg lift crunch
2. chest press bicycle crunch

Such a solid upper body workout!
