Building muscle and losing fat at the same time is generally made out to be more complicated than it really is. They are two separate processes with some overlap in what causes them, but they still have plenty of variables you can address to affect one at a time.

While simultaneous fat loss and muscle gain is often more significant and easier to measure in beginners than advanced trainees, it still happens at that level too.

In this video, I try to shed some light on this concept, and give you some advice on how you can build muscle and lose fat at the same time.
