International burlesque performer and fitness instructor Jake DuPree knows how to make everyone laugh so hard, you’ll almost forget that you’re working out! In this remix video, we’ve combined two of DuPree’s challenging workouts, including an oblique class and a cardio barre circuit workout. To get started, Dupree leads the way with a 15-minute oblique workout that requires no equipment, assisted by Madisyn Maniff and Gina Gonsalves. Look to Maniff, on the right side, for beginner-friendly modifications throughout the class.

In the second section of the group fitness class, DuPree takes viewers through an exciting 30-minute cardio barre class, joined by Ellie Aviles and Nikita Chaudhry. Aviles demonstrates the modifications on the right side of the screen, while Chaudhry shows the movements while going full out, on the left.

This upbeat workout keeps you moving with a fun blend of high-energy cardio and barre-inspired exercises. You’ll work on exercises focused on your lower body, core, and arms, while getting in plenty of work for your glutes.

At the end of the class, DuPree leads the group through a cool-down which includes stretches to work on splits, and yoga-infused movements like downward dog, and pigeon pose.

DuPree reminds everyone that they can always pause the class at any point, and everyone is welcome to take the class, break whenever they need to, and join back in at their own pace. With no equipment required, this class just needs a mat and a small amount of space to move. Get ready to sweat, laugh, and smile your way through this energizing class!
