Tap in with us for another Full Body Strength Workout that will leave you feeling pumped! We will take you through 3 groups of 7 exercises that are different but similar variations of each other. All you’ll need for this workout is a pair or multiple sets of dumbbells to challenge you with each exercise. There are some included modifications to ensure that most fitness levels can complete this workout. Each of the exercises are low impact so its great if you live in an apartment/condo or if you have any bone/joint limitations. As always give this workout a try and let us know how you did!
