If you’re currently dreaming about being on an island, bring yourself one step closer to that reality with this fun workout. Led by Selena Watkins, the CEO and Founder of Socanomics, and assisted by Alexa Giacinto and Tiff Marie, the team certainly knows how to bring the heat with this session. Kicking things off right, this group fitness class starts off with a dynamic warmup. Featuring easy to follow movements, the warmup includes gentle cat and cow transitions, lunges, planks, and knee circles.

For an increased challenge, participants also have the option to add a resistance band. But if you’re just starting your fitness journey, feel free to perform this class using your own bodyweight (no equipment necessary!).

This video includes instructions on how to perform squats with a band, including different counts and mixing things up with pulses. The class also ups the ante with squat jacks and jump squats, which are bound to get your heart rate up. Finish out strong with a series of lunges, glute bridges, and forearm plank step-outs.

Find the exact PS resistance bands shown in this video, available for sale at Walmart. As always, stay in the know with new workouts every week on the PS Fit YouTube channel.
