Chest-Building Workout: Day 1 – Dumbbell and Barbell Exercises

In this video, I talk about the first day of a chest-building workout routine. I go through 6 different exercises targeting the chest and triceps, including dumbbell presses, incline presses, close-grip incline presses, barbell presses, tricep kickbacks, and tricep pushdowns. I provide detailed instructions on proper form and technique for each exercise, emphasizing the importance of shoulder retraction, body positioning, and mind-muscle connection. I also offer alternative exercises for those who may not have access to certain gym equipment. The goal is to build a strong, defined chest through a comprehensive workout plan.
