Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Prepare a tart pan with non-stick spray.
  2. Place the unwrapped bars on a piece of parchment paper and microwave for 10 seconds.
  3. Top with another piece of parchment paper and use a rolling pin to roll the bars flat.
  4. Cut the bars into 6 even squares. Press each square into a cavity of the tart pan to make a “cup” and bake for 6-7 minutes.
  5. Let cool completely before filling with yogurt and topping with fruit.
