Welcome to our channel! Today, we’ve got an effective and easy-to-follow chest workout designed specifically for household women and men over 40.

This routine is perfect for beginners and those looking to strengthen and tone their chest muscles without only one Resistance Band.

If you want to build a big chest with bands and did not think it was possible, then this is the video for you. Here, I’m going to show you the best ways to build a bigger chest using just resistance bands and no weights. In times of gym closures and an increase in the number of people doing home chest workouts, having a resource for the best band exercises for chest is going to help you to meet your goals without having to compromise.

You can do this workout right in the comfort of your own home! We will do some strengthening and some flexibility exercises.

Workout Routine:

1. Chest Press with Resistance Band.
2. Decline Press with Resistance Band.
3. Incline Press with Resistance Band
4. Knee Push ups.
5. Complete Pushups
6. Cat and Camel to Half Chaturanga Dandasana

Do these all exercise for (3 sets of 10-15 reps).

Now some Flexibility asanas:
1. Gatyatmak Meru Vakrasana
2. Ustrasana
3. Half Purvottanasana

Hold all these asanas initially for 20-
30 secs. Later you can hold for long.

Warm up for 5-10 minutes before starting the workout to get your muscles ready.

Follow along with the video and take breaks as needed.

Focus on maintaining good form to prevent injury and maximize effectiveness.

Cool down and stretch for 5-10 minutes after completing the workout.
