In an attempt to get ourselves fit and ready for the 2024 triathlon season, we focused our pre-season training on building our FTP. Instead of paying big bucks for a plan, we pulled up Zwift’s 10-12 Week FTP Builder program and followed it consistently for 11 weeks. Prior to beginning the program we completed Zwift’s Ramp Test – and we did the same at the end of the program. Did we gain substantial watts in the program and was it worth our time?
