Ingredients

- 1 Quest Coffee Protein Shake
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- ¾ cup greek yogurt, separated
- ¼ cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 tsp zero calorie sweetener
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
Method
- In a bowl, whisk together the Quest Shake, chia seeds and ½ cup yogurt until well blended.
- Cover and chill for at least 2 hours.
- Once ready to serve, use a hand mixer to combine the mascarpone cheese, 1⁄4 cup yogurt and sweetener.
