Method
- Preheat the oven to 350 F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lay the pickles on a paper towel and remove as much moisture as possible.
- Add the flour and salt to a shallow bowl, the whisked egg to its own shallow bow, and crushed chips to their own shallow bowl.
- Coat each pickle in the flour. Once each is coated, cover completely in egg and then completely in crushed chips.
- Place each coated pickle on the baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes. Serve with ranch if desired.
