Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Lay the pickles on a paper towel and remove as much moisture as possible.
  3. Add the flour and salt to a shallow bowl, the whisked egg to its own shallow bow, and crushed chips to their own shallow bowl.
  4. Coat each pickle in the flour. Once each is coated, cover completely in egg and then completely in crushed chips.
  5. Place each coated pickle on the baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes. Serve with ranch if desired.
