The Biolayne workout builder is a customizable set of different workout plans. Some of the more notable plans included are the Phat: Second Edition plan which is used by Layne Norton himself, the deadlift peaking program, the bikini blueprint program, and the 4 day power block program. There are many more programs included on the Biolayne workout builder site, and there is something for everyone, regardless of goal.

So whether you’re a newer lifter or an experienced vet, someone who is focused on losing weight, or someone who is looking to bulk, you should find what you’re looking for here.

That’s not to say there weren’t some things that we didn’t like about Layne Norton’s plans. There we’re somethings that could have been handled better, and we break down those pros and cons in this video.

Is the Biolayne workout builder worth it? For many of you it will be, and after watching this video you should know if its the right thing for you.
