Thinking about starting follow along home workouts? Give this one a try to test it out! Tabata is a form of high intensity interval training that switches between different exercises quickly. This leaves your muscles guessing and also, in my opinion, makes the workout a lot more fun and exciting! 20s per exercise, with 10s rest in between. These are full body workouts that help burn fat and build lean muscle mass. You don’t need much space to follow along with these workouts and most of them don’t require any equipment. Join the Team!!
