Workout Program Builder
This is one workout I developed for for bodybuilders This fallows a stand a lone program that you can fallow at the gym at your own pace. The program advances from the beginner stage to moderately advanced stage of training. Progression fallows the later months of the program. You can access the later months of the program in other shorts videos. To fallow the program look at the month and the week of the workout in order to fallow the progressions.

Ex:
Month One Week One; Will be the start of the program and the Easiest workout.

Month 12 Week 48; Will be the end of the program and the Hardest workout.

I have total of 6 different progression each lasting 48 Weeks or 1 year for different goals and age restriction.
