Ingredients

SPICY CHEDDAR CRISPY SHRIMP

  • 9oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 bags Quest Spicy Cheese Crackers
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1 tbsp gluten free all purpose flour
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the crackers into a food processor and blend until fine crumbles form, transfer to a shallow bow.
  3. Combine the egg and hot sauce in a second bowl and the flour in a third.
  4. Dip each shrimp in the flour mixture and coat.
  5. Transfer to the egg mixture and coat and then to the cracker mixture, pressing to get the crumbs to stick and cover completely.
  6. Place the coated shrimp on the baking sheet and repeat until you have done all the shrimp.
  7. Bake the shrimp for 7-9 minutes and cooked through. Top with parsley and serve with your favorite sauce.
