Ingredients
SPICY CHEDDAR CRISPY SHRIMP
- 9oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 bags Quest Spicy Cheese Crackers
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
- 1 tbsp gluten free all purpose flour
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Method
- Preheat the oven to 375 F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the crackers into a food processor and blend until fine crumbles form, transfer to a shallow bow.
- Combine the egg and hot sauce in a second bowl and the flour in a third.
- Dip each shrimp in the flour mixture and coat.
- Transfer to the egg mixture and coat and then to the cracker mixture, pressing to get the crumbs to stick and cover completely.
- Place the coated shrimp on the baking sheet and repeat until you have done all the shrimp.
- Bake the shrimp for 7-9 minutes and cooked through. Top with parsley and serve with your favorite sauce.
