A 20 Minute Full Body Workout is the perfect workout to start off on your workout journey. This 20 Minute Full workout has 10 exercises with both floor and standing exercises which you can complete from the comfort of home.
Just have a mat or some form of support when exercising. There is no equipment in this workout.
When starting out as a beginner in exercise it is advised to do less than 30 minutes a session. This 20 Minute Full Body Workout is the perfect fit as it provides challenge with safe exercises which are the foundation to build on in fitness.
