I AM SO HAPPY THAT YOU ARE HERE!! Today we will be going through 10 “easy” exercises as a workout so no matter what level you are at you can complete this one I promise!! The goal is to move your body and implement these movements into a daily routine so that you can increase your calorie burn and drop some pounds! We will work for 45 seconds on and 15 seconds off through 10 different moves! No equipment needed so grab that yoga mat and let’s do it!!
