In this video I talk about how I was able to build muscle at home in 2 years without any weights. Building muscle at home involved calisthenics and bodyweight training. My at home workout routine was split up by different muscle groups for each days:
Day 1: Chest & Triceps
Day 2: Back & Biceps
Day 3: Legs
Day 4: Shoulders
Day 5: Cardio (30 min)
Day 6: Rest
(10 Minutes HIIT Abs Everyday)
