Some of the exercises may be a bit too difficult, so feel free to follow Toya for any modifications. You can also utilize a chair or any elevated surface for modifications as well. To build upper body muscle and strength over time, we highly recommend doing this for multiple rounds or as a finisher to one of your own workouts.
