This workout includes energizing cardio sections mixed with barre-inspired exercises. You’ll target the lower body, core, and arms and, of course, do lots of booty work. Our class members are there to offer modifications, so you can enjoy this workout at any level. DuPree will make sure you’re smiling and glistening sweat by the end. All you need is a mat to get started!
