Meal 1: Protein shake (whey or egg white) and optional way to make a smoothie: banana, almond milk, whey, instant espresso, blended with ice

Meal 2: Chicken breast, green veggies, and brown rice. I use frozen brown rice from Trader Joes

Meal 3: 3 Hard boiled eggs
