Frequency of training is always an important topic to consider when planning or picking your workout plan. After all, not everyone is capable of going to the gym or exercising on a daily basis. That being said, is it even necessary in the first place to train very frequently? Do we actually need 5, 6, or 7 days of training per week? Can 3 days of training be enough?
