In this exercise video Meredith will be taking you through an easy to follow seated HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout.

This workout is aimed at beginners or anyone who may have limited mobility but still can do seated exercises. HIIT workouts or “timed interval” exercises are a great way to get your heart rate up which promotes heart health. These type of workouts have a timed interval “on and off” pattern which creates variety with you heart rate.

This exercise is all seated which is great for anyone new to HIIT workouts or may have limited range of motion. You can still get a great workout in no matter what level you are at.

Remember to keep your water close by and only do movements that are comfortable for you. Never force anything an take breaks when you need to.
