Let’s build a strong lower body! This workout will target your glutes, hamstrings, quads, thighs, and calf muscles for a well-rounded lower body strength session! This workout is structured to help you increase your muscular strength and definition. It also allows us to work on each muscle group more than once to really build!
Below you will find the exercise list so you can prepare your dumbbell weight accordingly! Remember to go heavy! Picking a challenging weight for you is what will really help you increase your muscular strength, not just endurance! Our goal with the strength sessions is to increase muscle mass and decrease body fat to make everyday life tasks easier! For women, strength training with a heavy weight will not cause your muscles to be big and bulky, it will give you a lean and defined look! This cannot be done by doing cardio ONLY, strength training is big deal in a well-rounded fitness regimen!

– STATIONARY LUNGE – HOLD AT BOTTOM

– GOBLET SQUAT – HOLD AT BOTTOM
– JUMP SQUAT
