We will work all the major muscle groups in this full body workout. There are lots of posture and balance exercises as well. Everything is low impact and effective.
As always, go at your own pace and work your way up if you find some the exercises challenging. Just go slow, take a break when needed and return when you are ready.
You don’t need any equipment for this standing Pilates workout with the exception of a chair to aid with some moves including stretching.
