In this video, Jeff is going to break down 6 exercises that will give you a complete total body workout perfect for a golfer that can be done at home, on the road, or in a gym with very little equipment.
In fact, all you need are a bench and a couple of dumbbells!
Here is a breakdown of the exercises:
6-8 repetitions of each exercise, repeat for 3-4 sets
SUPERSET 1 (3-4 sets):
A1) 1-Arm Dumbbell Press
A2) Bridging at Bench
SUPERSET 2 (3-4 sets):
B1) Dumbbell Row (Alternating)
B2) Alternating Lunge
SUPERSET 3 (3 sets):
C1) 1-Arm Lateral Raise
C2) 1/2 Kneel Rotation
