We are building STRONG and BEAUTIFUL arms! This 25-minute arm focus workout is a serious strength builder for your biceps and triceps! We are bringing on the pump!

This workout requires only your dumbbells and a mat or cushy surface! For your reference, I used my 5kg, 7.5kg, and 10kg dumbbells for this workout.

This workout is part of week 5 for REVIVE which is all about FOCUS! Focus workouts help you target specific muscle groups to really overload the muscle/s and help you build strength for a defined and lean look! To maximize and get the most of your time for this workout, practice good form, and GO HEAVY!

I absolutely love working bis and tris, so this workout was right up my alley! I hope you love it as much as I did!

ARMS WORKOUT STRUCTURE AND EXERCISES
BICEP & TRICEP FOCUS
ROUND 1 WORK: 50 REST: 30
2 exercises repeat 3 times in a descending order
– Bicep Curl
– Overhead Tricep Ext.

ONE MINUTE RECOVERY

ROUND 2 WORK: 50 REST: 30
3 exercises repeat 2 times in a descending order
– Crossbody Curls
– Tricep Kickbacks with a hold at the top
– Wide Curls

ONE MINUTE RECOVERY

ROUND 3WORK: 50 REST: 30
3 exercises repeat 2 times in a descending order
– Side-Lying Tricep Press (1st set- right and 2nd set – left)
– Hammer Curls with a hold at halfway range
– Close Grip Press
