Workout with me in real time, these are my real workouts – I train 100% at home – so I’m confident these workouts will bring you great results too. In this challenge there will be:
•30 minutes of workouts each day (take a rest day whenever you need)
•Dumbbell exercises + bodyweight modifications (choose your level)
•5x 30 seconds (warm up) followed by 40 on/ 20 rest HIIT intervals
•As a rough guide these workouts will burn 350 – 450 calories
