The new year is a great time to set new goals — especially when it comes to your fitness routine. However, even with good intentions, many of us have felt our motivation slipping after just a few weeks. My new approach to help me achieve my goals is to take it one day at a time and make sure that I’m showing up for myself. That way, I can show up better for others. I’m being less rigid with my workout schedule and substituting hour-long workouts for outdoor walks when I’m short on time. I’ve also treated myself to a mini-fitness-gear refresh.

Updating my fitness wardrobe helps me feel more confident and intentional about my commitment to a healthier lifestyle. Ahead, check out my most recent additions that will help me stay on track with my goals this year.
