We’re doing 2 rounds of 7 exercises for 30 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest.

1. Plank Claps
2. Squat Hold
3. Twist Claps
4. Bicycle Kicks
5. Crunch Claps
6. Boxing Session
7. Boxing Session (other person)
Feel free to modify down to one round or add another for an extra challenge!
