Workout Program Builder
Happy Monday and Happy Day 6 of ACTIVATE! Don’t forget to subscribe to the channel to crush this challenge with me!

Today is a full body workout so be ready to turn up the intensity! We will work for 60 seconds for two exercises and rest for 30 seconds and we will superset two exercises together to really keep our muscles working and our heart rate up. The final circuit will be three exercises and we will complete two rounds of 60 seconds of each move with 30 seconds of rest between the two rounds.
I used my 10 pound dumbbell to my 30 pound dumbbells with my lightest weight being used for back flyes and my heaviest weight being used for front squats so grab weights that work for you and let’s crush it together!

The exercises:
1. Single Side Front Squat
2. Lateral Band Walk

3. Alternating Bent Row
4. Back Flyes

5. Plank Hip taps
6. Canoe Hold

7. Lateral Lunge to Reverse Lunge
8. Single Leg Bench Squats

9. Chest Press Close to wide
10. Inchworms

11. Burpee Deadlift
12. ½ squat to push press
13. Jump rope
