The equipment you need for this is a mat or cushy surface and dumbbells. Optional equipment is a booty band!
This workout focuses on basic exercises that offer a serious and effective burn. This workout is meant to help you build and define your muscles!
Along with being a strength builder, this workout is going to gauge our progress throughout the REBEL Program. Towards the end of this strength session, we will include Finishers, this will be 3 exercises that we word for 1 minute each. For each Finisher exercise, it will be important to track reps, weight, and any additional rest you needed. This will be done for both week 1 and week 8. If you signed up for REBEL, you will find the Progress Tracker linked in your Week 1 or Welcome email!
