In this exercise video Meredith is guiding you through an easy to follow walking at home cardio workout using light weights (optional) perfect for beginners or as an add-on to another one of our videos for a more advanced challenge.

For this session Meredith is substituting dumbbells or wrist weights (all optional) with everyday at home water bottles. You can also use cans of soup or any other light weight and safe object from around the house.

This routine is all standing but can also be substituted as a seated workout and incorporates a full body routine. This workout is meant to get both your heart rate up and build strength, endurance and flexibility. Since this is a “walk at home” style workout you can also do this routine anywhere you have open space in your home!

This is a brisk 20 minute + routine so remember to keep your water close by and only do movements that you feel comfortable with. Never force anything that causes pain or discomfort.
