The ultimate abs builder, the best core exercise

I shot this video in 2007. To this day I insist that the weighted dragon flag is the best core exercise – for me and probably for anybody, trying to build incredible abs and core stability.

For all these years I’ve never shied away from dragon flag. Nowadays I perform dragon flag – weighted and no weights – on each calisthenics workout… And, I only do calisthenics/bodyweight training.

Keep in mind that the dragon flag takes some time to master, but if you don’t give up and keep on practicing there comes a day when the body has changed and it’s all of a sudden easy to do. And, the feeling of being rewarded when you get to that point is hard to describe.

Practice dragon flag! Master it! Close the circle between traditional fitness and training and functional fitness! Be one of the few who have developed capable, functional physiques!!!
