Use this bodyweight leg workout as a finisher to burnout your leg muscles at home! You will be doing 5 exercises using the intervals of 30 seconds high intensity followed by 0 seconds rest so it’s a 30/0 interval which will have you repeat each exercise twice for a total 5 minute circuit. Make sure to push yourself to get as many reps as possible. There is no equipment needed so your bodyweight will be applying the tension. This is a follow along routine with a timer on screen for you to stay on track. Let’s get them gains out of this world together with this intense 5 minute bodyweight leg workout at home finisher!
