Ingredients

CHOCOLATE SHEET CAKE

  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 2 Quest Chocolate Dipped Bars, chopped and separated
  • ½ cup egg whites
  • ½ cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 scoop Quest Chocolate Milkshake Protein
  • ¼ cup oat flour
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder, special dark
  • ¼ cup zero calorie sweetener
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt 

    Frosting:

  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder, special dark
  • 1 tbsp zero calorie sweetener

Method

  1. Place the milk and Quest bar (reserve ¼ cup) into a microwave safe glass.
  2. Cook for 1 minute and stir until smooth.
  3. Stir together the dry ingredients.
  4. Add the wet ingredients together.
  5. Whisk until smooth.
  6. Transfer to a 8” pan and bake at 350F for 25 minutes.
  7. Whip frosting ingredients together and frost cake.
  8. Top with remaining Quest Bar pieces and serve.
