Team USA senior men’s gymnast Yul Moldauer took us through his at-home workout routine. The world medalist and three-time NCAA champion explained how he’s working on pommel horse, rings, and tumbling in a modified space. He showed us how he equipped his garage gym for the specific needs of an elite gymnast and explained what skills are important to keep up with while gymnastics gyms are closed. In addition to work on the apparatuses, he showed us circuits for upper-body and core strength.
