Home Workout
This is your 32 Minute Dumbbell AMRAP workout! This is day nine of your October Athlete challenge. In this workout we will work your entire body using a set of dumbbells in the AMRAP format. In this workout we will work in circuits of four exercises, in four minutes, going as many rounds as possible. Followed by a lightning round of two minutes of two compound exercises. Let’s Do it!
