Hello my fellow Sleepyheads!

Tonight you Guys can take a glance at my workout routine that I mostly do 2 times a week, depending on the amount of times I go for a run, it really varies. I started street workout / calisthenic when covid hit and the gyms closed, and funny enough, I haven’t gone back since then because I love it so much! Being outside, breathing fresh air gives the energy and relaxation combined that I need in my life, I honestly couldn’t go without it:)
